Welcome to the Turku International Congregation

The Evangelical Lutheran Church of Finland has about 3.5 million members. Most people in Finland belong to this church. Each person belongs to a parish in their own hometown.

We want to be a church for everyone, no matter where you come from or what your background is. You are welcome to join our activities.

The Evangelical Lutheran Church in Turku is divided into local parishes. In Turku, the international activities organised by these parishes have been brought together under Turku International Congregation (TIC).

TIC serves especially people who do not speak Finnish or Swedish and organises different kinds of activities in different parts of Turku.
